Introduction

At Moore Farm Herbs, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, this Refund Policy outlines the options and steps for returns, exchanges, or refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Timeframe:

    • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange.

  • Condition of Items:

    • To qualify for a refund or exchange, products must be:

      • Unopened and unused (for herbal products, the seal must be intact).

      • In the same condition as received.

      • In the original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • The following items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons:

      • Opened or partially used soaps, lotions, or creams.

      • Custom-blended herbal formulations or gift baskets once they have shipped.

      • Clearance or final-sale items explicitly marked as non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • Contact Customer Support:

    • Email returns@moorefarmherbs.online within 14 days of delivery.

    • Include:

      • Order number

      • Product name(s) you wish to return

      • Reason for return (defective, changed mind, etc.)

      • Any supporting photos if the item is damaged or defective

  • Return Authorization (RA):

    • Once we review your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions.

    • Do not ship items back without an RA number—unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Ship Back the Item:

  • Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.

  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.

  • Ship to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival).

Refund Processing

  • Inspection & Approval:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you by email whether your return is approved.

  • Refund Issuance:

    • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit.

  • Partial Refunds:

    • Partial refunds (e.g., only part of your order returned) may occur if items are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanging for a Different Product:

    • If you wish to exchange an item for the same or another product (subject to availability), please follow the steps above and specify your desired exchange in your initial email.

    • We will ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect your return.

    • If the new item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference; if of lesser value, we will refund the difference.

  • Out-of-Stock Exchanges:

    • If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or process a refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Damaged on Arrival:

    • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email moorefarmherbs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

      • Order number

      • Photo of the damaged packaging and product

      • Brief description of the defect

  • We will issue an RA number and cover return shipping costs. Once confirmed, we will either send you a replacement at no additional charge or issue a full refund.

Cancellations & “Change of Mind”

  • Before Shipment:

    • If you need to cancel or modify your order before it ships, please contact moorefarmherbs@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will accommodate cancellations or changes if the order has not yet been processed.

  • After Shipment:

    • Once an order ships, you must follow the return procedure above. Change-of-mind returns are eligible for refund (minus shipping fees) if returned within 14 days in original, unopened condition.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Shipping & Handling Fees:

    • All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except when the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).

  • Gift Cards & Discounts:

    • Purchases made using gift cards or discount codes will be refunded up to the amount paid after discounts are applied. If only part of the order is returned, any discount benefit will be prorated.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check Your Statement:

    • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of our approval, check your bank or credit card statement.

Moore Farm Herbs reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. If there are material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
