All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing items purchased, billing/shipping addresses, and estimated shipping method.

If any item is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible to arrange a substitution or refund.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

Standard Shipping (Ground): Delivered via USPS or UPS (3–7 business days, depending on destination).

Expedited Shipping: Delivered via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air (2–3 business days).

Overnight Shipping: Available upon request (next-day delivery to most business addresses). Please place overnight requests by 12 PM EST to ensure same-day processing.

At this time, Moore Farm Herbs ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination zip code.

For orders over $150 (before tax), standard shipping is free of charge within the contiguous U.S.

Overnight & Expedited Fees:

Expedited and overnight shipping costs vary depending on destination and package weight; fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Standard Delivery (Ground): 3–7 business days after the order has shipped.

Expedited Delivery: 2–3 business days after the order has shipped.

Overnight Delivery: 1 business day after the order has shipped (provided overnight shipping was selected at checkout and the order met the 12 PM EST cutoff).

Note: All delivery timelines are estimates only. Moore Farm Herbs is not responsible for shipping carrier delays (e.g., weather events, holidays, carrier strikes). If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate.

Shipping Address & Accuracy

Moore Farm Herbs cannot be held responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address if the customer enters erroneous information. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Change of Address & Redirects:

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately (see Contact Information below). We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order ships but cannot guarantee modifications once the package is in transit.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., wrong address, refused by recipient), we will contact you to confirm a new address. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Lost/Stolen Packages:

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please allow 24 hours for your carrier to complete delivery. After 24 hours, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Damaged Shipments:

Inspect all shipments upon delivery. If any items arrive damaged, please:

Photograph the damaged packaging and product.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund once we confirm the damage.
Shipping Exceptions & Special Cases

Temporary Backorders:

Occasionally, certain herb or soap batches may run out of stock. If your order contains a backordered item, we will notify you by email with an estimated restock date. You may choose to:

Keep the rest of your order and ship immediately (backordered item ships later at no extra cost).

Delay the entire order until all items are in stock.

Cancel the backordered item for a refund.
